instances when a business has outgrown its quarters and needs to relocate, or
has closed entirely; however just because times change doesn’t mean the
buildings need to be torn down.
Historic buildings deserve to be preserved because of their
architectural character and their contribution to the community’s life and
history. Communities across the country are finding that historic
preservation also makes good economic sense.
