… this spacious courtyard.  The courtyard also serves as a buffer between City Hall and the rest of the project.  A restaurant with outside dining is planned for the unfinished space to the right in this picture along with retail stores and offices.  Condominiums that will have balconies and rooftop decks are also included in the project.
